Caring donation-Sacred Sun donated security knowledge books to Yanzi primary school

  To popularize security knowledge of primary and middle school students and promote the healthy growth of teenagers,Sacred Sun representatives made the gift of books to Yanzi elementary school students on December 7th, 2015. The book is titled’ security knowledge reading for primary and middle school students’ and the total amount of the donated books is more than 300 copies. 

    Such kind of reading will be a significant guidance for the students to escape from the disasters, form a regulated traffic behavior, and increase the safety prevention skills. Meanwhile, it has positive influence and plays a key role in constructing safe campus, promoting healthy growth of the teenagers concerned by the whole society.

    The principal of Yanzi elementary school had made a speech in the caring donation ceremony, and expressed sincere thanks to Sacred Sun for caring.

China photovoltaic industry has a bright prospect

1. Universally valid photovoltaic (PV) technology

    Semiconductor materials, basis of photovoltaic (PV) technology, is abundant in the earth's crust and could be received through existing silicon and thin film solar technology, total amount that received could satisfy the demand of all humans.

2. Huge market application potential

    By the end of 2014, China's cumulative PV capacity had received 26.5 GW, and is expected to reach 44 GW by the end of 2015, China will become one of the most important PV application market in the world. In addition, the voice from all walks to develop renewable energy sources such as solar energy, wind energy, to ease the fossil energy crisis and environmental problems such as haze is increasingly strong, which is conducive to the rapid development of domestic PV applications.

3. Comprehensive industry develop advantage 

    China's long-term investment in semiconductors, integrated circuit industry has improved industry supporting such as semiconductor industry branch.

Transparent solar cells

 In August last year, researchers at the University of Michigan have invented a completely Transparent Luminescent Solar Concentrator (TLSC), which could transform any window or a piece of glass (e.g. smart phone screen) into a photovoltaic solar cell. Recently a startup Ubiquitous Energy of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) perfects the technology closer to market applications.

    At present, the energy efficiency of TLSC prototype is only about 1% and should be able to rise to 10% when put into production predicted by the researchers, compared with traditional opaque concentrator which is only 7%. Although the efficiency is not high, it can add up if installed in every household or office building for a large scale application. Although it may not be able to make your smartphone or tablet for infinite life, it can prolong their service time several minutes to several hours if TLSC screen used.

Sacred Sun wowed Energy Storage Australia 2015 with FCP lead carbon battery

With the support of Australian Energy Storage Council and Australian Solar Council, Energy Storage Australia 2015 (ESA 2015) was held in InterContinental Sydney Double Bay Hotel on 18th -19th, November. More than 200 elites from governments, associations, utilities & grids, power generation companies, renewable energy companies, distributers etc. were gathered here and they had made deep communications and discussions about Australian market situation and development direction of energy storage, energy storage technology, solutions and operation pattern innovation at the conference.

At the conference, Sacred Sun had made a special speech of "FCP lead carbon battery energy storage solutions". In the speech, lead-carbon battery supper long cycle times (more than 4200 cycles @ 70% DOD) and the cost of solutions based on lead-carbon battery per kw h of energy storage will reduce to 0.1 AUD had attracted great interest of the participants and received unanimous praise from industry experts.

 Finally, Sacred Sun was awarded "2015 Best storage battery supplier" award at this conference on account of its advanced energy storage products, scientific system solutions, and excellent achievement of new energy market.
