Sacred Sun lead carbon tubular gel battery adopts industry's most advanced gel and lead carbon technology, which ensures tubular gel battery’s cycle performance under the partial state of charge (PSOC) condition. 

Technology characteristics and advantages

    Three dimensional nano-silicon dioxide gel technology could prevent the contraction of nano silicon dioxide and monomer electrolyte dried up, that ensures the battery’s long life.

    Lead carbon battery refers to a kind of battery that doped high specific surface area of carbon materials into lead cathode active material, that could release high conductivity and high specific surface area of carbon material and dispersion of active material, improve the utilization and electrical conductivity of active material lead, and also could suppress lead sulfate crystals accumulation.

    Reduce the negative average aperture, improve the load of active material, and increase the battery energy density.

    Precipitate lead sulfate distributed uniformly in negative plate, and prolong the service life of the battery;

    Increasing the cathode specific surface, improve the efficiency of active material response.

    Be suitable for the partial charged state circulation, and more suitable for the energy storage system and recycling field.

    Design service life is 20 years; the circulation service life could receive 3000+ cycle times at 70% DOD.
